If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns  

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.  

To be eligible for a return:  
• Items must be unused and in original condition  
• Items must be in original packaging  
• Proof of purchase is required

💸 Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.  

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

🔄 Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.  
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

🚚 Return Shipping  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ Non-returnable Items  

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products cannot be returned unless faulty.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist you in tracking your package.
