Yes, we can cancel your order as long as the item hasn’t been shipped yet.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Pawtional, we want you and your furry friend to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help!

Returns:

· Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

· Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

· Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchanges:

· If you ordered the wrong size or item, we are happy to arrange an exchange where stock is available.

Refunds:

· Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
